Photographs in your back yard

I feel a bit uneasy posting these images as I felt a bit sick editing them, but they are great photos of a garter snake eating a toad that must have been about 3 times its size. Somehow it got hold of the toad from the back and slowly (over a couple of hours) kept taking more and more of the toad into its mouth. Nature in the wild and in my own back yard…
