Photography for Beginners
I know that many readers of my blog are beyond the beginning stage, but I recently came across this very extensive article aimed at explaining photography for beginners. An Ohio based photographer called Jo has created it, and covers the sort of camera you should look at, how to use a smartphone, what to think about in composition, landscape photography and finally she covers post processing. If you are just starting with photography (or want to improve your skills), it appears to be a well written explanation of what it is all about. Jo’s article can be found on a site I hadn’t come across before – Hobby Help.

Thank you.
Sorry for the off topic question. I’ve been uploading to iStock recently, and I noticed that even though i put all the necessary related keywords, the images show other completely different keywords after they are accepted, which results in the image not showing up when people search using the relative keywords. I am using Deepmeta to upload. Have you faced such a problem? Thank you.
I take it you mean that it is doing something other than just selecting the appropriate keywords from the managed vocabulary that getty uses? I’ve not used Deepmeta for a long time (Stock Submitter via their Plus service now handles iStock again) and so I’m afraid I don’t know why it would be doing that.
