Stock Photo Earnings in March 2011
The results are in and the votes have been counted. March 2011 was the record month for stock sales – hitting a total of $759 in the month. This is $240 more than February and $140 more than my previous best ever month. Definitely helped by some stock video sales, but also a couple of extended licenses on iStockPhoto also helped. In a later post, I’ll go through the detail and which images sold the most in the month, but this is definitely a good day!

Your first chart is hard to read many colors are nearly identical.The graphic is also very small couldn’t you make (in addition to the left chart) a chart that is made like the one on the right side but just with the earnings of March instead of photos online?

Thanks for your comment! The chart is larger if you click on it, and the colors are aligned with the names of the stock agencies so that you can basically count up the chart rather than have to match the colors to the agency name. However, I will also do a pie chart for the one month and see if that helps with understanding the results.
